I’m very disappointed with the safety conditions outside the hotel. My daughter slipped and injured herself right in front of the hotel (Stair-free access) which was extremely upsetting and concerning. I believe the hotel should take greater responsibility for maintaining a safe entrance and surrounding area for its guests and visitors.
