Rixos delivers outstanding service and real hospitality. The staff are attentive without being pushy. The food is consistently high quality with plenty of variety, and every meal feels well prepared rather than mass produced. Special thanks to Alfonso and Aladdin. They set a higher standard with their professionalism, care, and genuine warmth. They noticed details before I even asked and made the stay feel personal. Overall, Rixos is one of the few places where service, atmosphere, and food all match the brand promise. I would return without hesitation.
