This is honestly a scam. They charged my card twice without any notification — once for the hotel fee and again for the deposit. The initial payment still hasn’t been refunded. There were no basic toiletries like shampoo, and they even charge you for water. It was absolutely terrible — the worst 4-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I always enjoy stating at Estrel. The rooms are large, clean and spacious. The bathroom is updated and has great water pressure and hot water and an actual real working hair drier! It feels safe and secure. This is a large conference center, so there are many on-site bars and restaurants to choose from if you don't want to leave the hotel.
