The front desk staff was wonderful. We had a medical emergency enroute to the hotel and they helped us to book transportation to the airport to go home early Thanks to Fabian we made it back to the states relatively easily. Allowing there rest of our party to carry on with their trip. He provided guidance in our options and booked our bus tickets and even printed them for us. THANK YOU! Barbara Niccoli
