This hotel is terrible, it stinks of cigarette smoke, the moment you step out of the lift the smell hits you. Rooms stink; the smell makes you sick. The curtains, carpet, everything is disgusting. Do not stay here. Staff aren't helpful.

The breakfast was very delicious! I really enjoyed the assortment of food served! Particularly the croissants, coffee, and lemon drinks from Tochigi were really enjoyable. Thank you very much for the very nice breaktast!
