Everything is great about this hotel. Especially the location. Also, the SPA center is nice. Surprisingly good sauna and a nice pool. Good place to stay in Almaty.

I am writing to report an issue with a car booking I made through your platform. I was informed that the total cost of the car service was 9,000 Kazakhstani Tenge, and this amount was taken from me. However, when I got into the car, the driver told me that he was only paid 4,000 Tenge. When the driver contacted your company, he was told that this is “business.” Later, when I contacted you myself, I was informed that you had already paid the driver more and that the money was given to him in full. This information is very confusing and contradictory. I would like a clear explanation of: • Why I was charged 9,000 Tenge • Why the driver says he only received 4,000 Tenge • Where the remaining amount went I believe this situation is unfair and unprofessional, and I would like this issue to be investigated. I am requesting a proper explanation and a refund if I was overcharged. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
