Ronycouple1.0We arrived late at night after a flight and found the hotel locked with no answer on the phone. The owner said the agency told him we would arrive in the evening, but in reality no one ever checked with us about our arrival time. The owner made no effort to help. We had to find another place to stay. We called the agency they work with, and they promised a refund, but we never received it. No one responds on Booking or by phone. Very disappointing.
