I called ahead of time to make sure their pool was going to be open for my kids to swim. Closed at 7pm the first. That was alright but then closed at 2/3pm the next night and wouldn’t open till 9am. Then the manager wouldn’t be available till 6am the next day to get a refund for the night if I was to check out. Which I did check out and went to a different hotel. The ceiling was also leaking above one of the beds. We were on the bottom floor.
