The facilities were about what we expected, which were very nice, but the most impressive part of our stay was directly related to one employee. His name is Zach & we worked at the main desk. He had a very positive attitude. He was very professional while being very welcoming. He was knowledgeable & answered any questions I had promptly and honestly. We felt he truly went above & beyond!
